Do you know your leadership vision?

Last week I was invited to co-present in a mastermind meeting to a group of network marketing entrepreneurs and leaders on the topic of leadership. It was perfect timing because this month I enrolled in a leadership training course. I was so grateful (and excited) to be able to share some of the things I learned in my first week. (Eeek so excited!!!!!)

On this training call, we discussed what a leader is, what a leader does, and what a leader doesn’t do. Sounds simple enough right? Nope. In my next few blogs, I'll go a little more in depth as to what we discussed. But for now, do you mind if I share my Leadership Vision with you? I get a little emotional even typing it out. It was a challenging and emotional  process to go through. I knew I wanted to be a "good leader, a leader that inspires and leads people to their true potential. But I never really thought about a vision (let alone writing it down) for my leadership.

My vision is to help my team live a healthy, abundant life with no financial burdens and help them discover their true potential. By teaching them new skills through a simplified training, I elevate and empower them to their greatness.  I create a community that gives a sense of belonging and lift each other up.

What do you think?

What is your leadership vision?. Let me help you get started to create your own.

The purpose:  Think about what your purpose is. (What's your Why? The purpose of building your team. Why are you doing what you are doing? When have you found the most joy in your business?)

The how: This is the process of how you will support and teach them.

The what: What is it you want to see them achieve.

I would love to hear back from you and read your leadership vision.
