New Year New You
It's a new year and I know you have health goals for yourself and your family.
My husband and I constantly reassess ours throughout the year. It is important to realize what is realistic and what you are actually WILLING to work toward.
Thinking in the New Year New You mindset, what are some you your health goals for 2018? They can be big or small. The important thing is that you have them and let that be what you focus on. Try on your goal. What does it feel like? Is it empowering? Is it making you feel more confident? That right there is what you want to focus on because it'll keep you on track. Expect bumps in the road and plan for them.. Don't try to be perfect. Actually be perfectly imperfect. Post them below! I would love to support you as you work toward them!
