The other day I had someone ask me why I do dōTerra as a business. Most people go to work or start their own business because they "have" to make money. And while that is true, why not just get a job anywhere right? Wrong! You must know "why" you do what you do, "why" you get out of bed every morning excited to attack your day (shouldn't be just a routine thing you do), "why" do you do the hard things day to day, etc.

dōTerra has the most amazing essential oils, the owners operate with such admirable integrity and have a mission I can stand behind or better yet walk right along side of them. But you see, dōTerra is my platform, my vehicle if you will. doTERRA offers a great business structure. People who get involved with doTERRA do extremely well.

For example, If you are a working mom the main problem is that if you take a job. You’ll be making money, but you’ll be out of the house. You won’t spend time with the kids—you’ll spend less. We both know thats not what you want.  We both know that when you get a job you won’t get what you want. Imagine if you had a business that you can run from your house, build a business and make extra money right away.  And not only could you make extra money. You could build a business making more money than if you took a standard job. And imagine being there when they get home from school. Imagine how your life would be different.

If you are an entrepreneur the main problem is you are married to your business. You might be making great money. But in order for the business to make money, you must show up and work regardless of whether you have employees. We both know thats not what you want. We both know that you want to reach more people and have more time freedom and financial flexibility. Not only could you have an ancillary service business that works with your current business but also  helps you create a financial pipeline that would pay you a lifetime. It will help you reach more people and you now have more time and financial flexibility. Imagine how your life would be different.

This is why I do dōTerra. It helps me do more, be more and serve more. In the process, I'm creating leaders who are inspiring to their friends, family, colleagues, etc. Imagine how together we create communities and a world where we move together for positive change in the world.

The above picture that you see above and below are some of my favorite memories of doTERRA events. It represents the friendships that have been created through doTERRA. Some of these beautiful souls I never even knew prior to doTERRA. Today I can't even imagine them not in my life. And for friends and family relationships that I did have prior to doTERRA, our partnership has been brought us closer together so many ways that reach far more than just why we doTERRA.
