Diffusing essential oils is one of the best ways to take advantage of the many benefits of aromatherapy, like enhanced sleep, reduced feelings of anxiety, and improving your overall sense of well being.
And then, of course, supporting the body's natural immune system is a great way to benefit from aromatic use of essential oils. The Protective Blend is my favorite-go-to all year round.
This week I've been diffusing an Apple Pie Blend (2 drops each of cinnamon, douglas fir and citrus bliss). Hmmm... I've also been craving Apple Cider...the real kind...that you drink....not in my diffuser.
