I just returned from the second annual Most Powerful Women in Network Marketing conference in Las Vegas. This event really resonates with me because network marketing is the smartest way to make a living. This big event is organized by successful women for women in network marketing and the speakers are all women. After attending last year's event, I decided to go again this year. It was just as good and this time I sat in the VIP section. Yea baby!!! That was sweet!😎 

It was a beautiful conference where I got to be on the receiving end of being inspired, supported, encouraged and empowered by other powerful women. This is what I do every day--lift up and empower other women as they step into their greatness. These women on stage were ordinary women that overcame obstacles and challenges that many women face today. It was heartbreaking to hear some of their stories of adversity (poverty, homeless, raped, addiction, overworked, depression, sick, etc.). But it was so moving to hear how they found themselves a better way of life through the network marketing profession. Changing lives: that's what this profession did for them. When you change a women's life, you change the world.

Everyone has "stuff" going on right? Sure! But how bad do you want to be done with your "stuff"? If the pain hurts enough, you find a way. If it doesn't hurt enough then you simply are comfortable with where you are at and do nothing. Their pain was bad enough that they said, "enough is enough...I'm done" and they vowed to NEVER be in a situation like they are now. One of the speakers even said that she would NEVER, EVER rely on a man (or employer) for finances (she was a homeless, struggling single mom). Another speaker was able to admit that she was not employable. She had her own ways of doing things and living life. Now she calls the shots for her life as a network marketing professional.

💜Where else can a woman step into her greatness, earn more, do more and live more--and feel good about it?
💜Where else can you find a profession that will pay you for helping people be better than you?
💜Where else can we work ourselves to irrelevancy, cheer for them and know that they do not diminish us.
