Women you need this!

For about a year, my body would heat up from out of no where, maybe last a few minutes and then my temperature would be normal? Sound familiar???? 

Yes, those hormones get the best of us sometimes right? I used my peppermint oil to cool my body down and it gave me relief right away. But I really wanted to find a way to get my hormones in check. I eat right. No coffee. No sugar (ok well a little). No gluten. Lots of greens. In the nutrition area, I was good. Even my sleep is good despite waking up in the middle of the night hot.

A few weeks I started using doTERRA Clary Sage and Geranium with some fractionated coconut oil 3x a day on either my lower spine and/or the bottom of my feet. Guess what??? No heat in my body for the past ten days. Not even during my sleep. I ended up adding some Ylang Ylang to it for even more hormonal and emotional support.

And I've even been able to have "some" coffee. Before, the coffee would make the heat more intense (even if it was organic coffee).
